I am so impressed for the fast delivery service. It was well packaged. The material and color are exact what we wanted. The size is a little bit small compared to what we expected. (Actually, it was showed on the product description). The only negative part was that all screws loose. It's not easy to put them back because there is a fabric cover on the bottom.

We needed to replace 6 oak kitchen chairs. I could not find any replacements that I liked until I found these metal chairs with the beautiful wood seats. These will work great with our family and grandkids!

Bought four of these chairs in white vinyl with silver frame, for use in a tiled dining area with a modern-design table. They arrived earlier than promised, and assembly required only one step - screwing the seat onto the base in four pre-drilled screw holes. The quality is very good, considering the range of fabric and finish options and how quickly they were assembled and delivered. I was apprehensive that they might look to "officey," but that is not the case. They look casual yet elegant, and are quite comfortable, with just the right amount of tension in the tilt - allowing you to lean back a bit without feeling like you're going to fall over backwards. The white vinyl could be a problem to keep looking pristine, as within 2 days one chair already had a pen mark we couldn't remove, but that's a risk you take with white vinyl. My one very small criticism is that the screw holes in the bottom of the seat did not align perfectly with the holes in the base assembly, so we needed two people exerting some force to put them together. But overall, very pleased with the purchase. Also, the vendor was happy to send us samples of the fabrics we were considering.

These chairs (we have two of them) serve us well for occasional use in a small living area. They look good, are strong and stable and are comfortable. We are very pleased with them

I was expecting a more white fabric on the seats but as it turned out the fabric was more of a light grey. I was happy with the color and texture of the fabric. I am so impressed with these chairs. They are larger than I expected and I like that. It makes for a more quality looking chair. I'm using the chairs in my new log house and they look amazing. I'm so happy I chose this chair.

I use these as dining room chairs. These are well made and very sturdy. I plan on purchasing more in the near future.

These were a perfect replacement for the worn out and unsafe wooden chairs we were using in our showroom. These are much more sturdy and should give us years of service. We're placing an order for 12 more shortly.

I needed some chairs to fit in my family room. These were just what I needed. They are versitile enough that I will probably use them somewhere else in the future.

First off the customer service lady, Dorielle? was wonderful! friendly yet professional and patient. Her attitude on the phone was what made my final decision to buy 20 chairs from you. If I had a company I would try and steal her from you. I hope she got a commision out of my purchase. Next I am extremely happy with the chairs, they arrived quicker then I expected and in really excellent condition, and the color was what I was hoping for they blend really nice with my other furniture. The only improvement I would suggest is a little wider seat, that and maybe a little engineering on making them easier to un fold, they are a drag to get open. On a scale of 1-10.. 10 being of course the best I give you a 9.9, (getting them to open is difficult) I have already recommended your company to several people. I use 6 of the chairs everyday at my dining room table and the other 14 are stored waiting for the next dinner party!
