Counter Stools are slightly lower than a standard bar stool (with seat heights usually around 30-31 inches) and enable you to sit comfortably at lower work surfaces - like kitchen counter tops. View the options on the following pages. You should use counter height stools (24-26 inches off the ground) for 36 inch counter seating, standard bar height stools (30 inch) for standard 42 inch bars, and Extra Tall Bar stools (34 to 36 inches) for 46-48 Inch Bar-to-Floor Counter Heights.
