A limited 3-year manufacturer's warranty is provided on sleeper mattresses and sleeper mechanisms. A limited 1-year manufacturer's warranty is provided on leather, upholstery, and cushioning. These are very solid, simple dining room chairs. We originally bought these at a local furniture store to replace two chairs of a different style that had broken. When two more needed replacing, the local store no longer carried them. We were very happy to find them here! We have had the first two for a few years now and they have held up great in a home with 3 children and 3 adults giving them lots of hard use.
