TEMPO will replace any item due to manufacturing defects. These include defective welding and finishing, mismatched parts, out of shape parts, etc. Moving parts (swivels, casters, etc.) and fabrics are not covered by this warranty. the swivels, however, are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

I purchased four stools for my Kitchen Island and am more than satisfied. I shopped two years for the right stool and found them. The fact you can have these custom made for your needs is a plus. No assembly was required and my husband loved that!!! Beautiful, comfortable, and great quality!!!

We purchased two of these stools for our kitchen. We don't have a lot of space and these fit the bill nicely... sturdy but not too big. They are a bit on the heavy side, but if they weren't they probably wouldn't feel as sturdy as they do. I feel like these will last a long time. We got them in pebblestone with a black vinyl top. They vinyl doesn't look cheap and wipes up nice for a kitchen setting. The pebblestone looks plain black from a distance, but has a little bit of a bronze/brown hue to it close up. I like the finish because it gives the black color a little bit of depth. (The fixtures in our kitchen are stainless steel...don't let my bronze/brown comment scare you away from the pebblestone!) Nice stools. Good company to work with.
